How long are recordings kept?

90 days, then automatically purged.

Recordings: 90 days. Then automatically purged. No exceptions unless you ask.

If you need a recording held longer (insurance claim, customer dispute), email me with the call ID before the 90-day mark and I'll move it to long-term hold. Long-term hold is reviewed annually and purged when no longer needed.

Transcripts (text-only): same 90 days. Call summaries + metadata (time, caller phone, what was booked): kept for the life of the customer relationship so we can look back at trends.
