Built in Sherwood Park, Alberta

Two products. One job.

An AI receptionist that answers every call your service business can't — and a scheduling and case-notes platform for the children's services and mental-health agencies whose staff spend their day driving to visits. Both built in Alberta, billed in Canadian dollars, by the people who answer the phone when you call.

HeyDiane

The AI receptionist that answers the calls you can't

When a customer calls and gets voicemail, they don't leave a message — they call the next shop. Diane answers every call you miss, qualifies the job, quotes your after-hours rate, books it to your calendar, and texts you the real emergencies.

  • Answers 24/7 on your existing number
  • Books straight into your calendar, drive time included
  • Texts your on-call tech the emergencies within seconds
  • Confirmations, missed-call text-backs, and review requests
  • Answers your website too, with Diane Chat

For children's services & mental health

HeyDiane Visits

Scheduling and case notes for the visits your staff drive to

Every worker on your team is running a logistics operation out of their head — which family, which address, what time, what got written down afterwards. Visits schedules the day, routes it, and holds the notes.

  • Builds each worker's daily route with real drive times
  • Client and placement addresses sealed as ciphertext, under a key derived for your agency alone
  • Every reveal of a sealed address written to an append-only log
  • Encrypted case notes attached to the visit they belong to
  • Safety check-ins and mileage rollups in development

Per active staff seat. No long-term contract.

Children's services · Community mental health · Foster & kinship care · Family support

Not sure which one? If your phone rings and a missed call is a lost customer, you want the receptionist. If you dispatch staff to homes and families, you want Visits.

What the two have in common

Different products, same conviction: the work that falls through the cracks is the work nobody had time to write down.

Built for one job

Neither is a general-purpose tool with your industry bolted on. Each is configured to how your specific operation already runs, before it goes live.

Canadian, end to end

Built and operated in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Billed in Canadian dollars. Privacy handled with PIPEDA in mind and every subprocessor written down.

A person behind it

You are onboarded by the founder, not routed to a ticket queue. When something needs changing, you tell us and it changes.

Who builds HeyDiane

HeyDiane and HeyDiane Visits are built and operated by The Human Frequency Inc. (opens in new window), a Sherwood Park, Alberta company founded by Jared Ohman. Questions, answered

Are HeyDiane and HeyDiane Visits the same product?

No. HeyDiane is an AI receptionist that answers the phone for service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration. HeyDiane Visits is a scheduling, routing, and confidential case-notes platform for children's services and community mental-health agencies. They share a company, a name, and a design language. They do not share a feature set, a price, or a buying process.

Which one is right for my organization?

If your phone rings and a missed call is a lost customer, you want HeyDiane the receptionist. If you dispatch staff to homes, families, or clients and the hard parts are scheduling, routing, and confidential case notes, you want HeyDiane Visits.

Who builds HeyDiane?

The Human Frequency Inc., a Sherwood Park, Alberta company founded by Jared Ohman. Both products are built and operated in Alberta and billed in Canadian dollars. The company is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program and Microsoft for Startups.

Can one organization use both?

Yes, though it is uncommon — they solve different problems for different teams. They are bought separately: the receptionist is a self-serve trial you can start today, and Visits starts with a discovery call so we can configure it to how your agency already runs.
