Who can see my customer data?
Your customer data is seen only by me, Retell (voice infrastructure), and the subprocessors named in the Privacy Policy — nobody else.
Your customer data lives in three places:
- Your HeyDiane dashboard — the caller details Diane captures land here. That's your data; ask and we'll export it.
- HeyDiane operational store — call summaries, metadata, configuration. I access this to operate and tune Diane.
- Retell — the voice AI infrastructure. SOC 2 Type II certified. They process audio and transcripts to deliver the service.
We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data. We do not use your call data to train any general-purpose AI model. The full list of subprocessors (Stripe, Resend, Twilio, Vercel, Cloudflare) is in the Privacy Policy.
If a customer of yours asks what data we hold about them, email me and I'll handle the request within 30 days per PIPEDA.
