Who can see my customer data?
Me, Retell (voice infrastructure), and the subprocessors listed in the privacy policy. Nobody else.
Your customer data lives in three places:
- Your GHL CRM — contacts Diane creates land here. That's your account, your data.
- HeyDiane operational store — call summaries, metadata, configuration. I access this to operate and tune Diane.
- Retell — the voice AI infrastructure. SOC 2 Type II certified. They process audio and transcripts to deliver the service.
We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data. We do not use your call data to train any general-purpose AI model. The full list of subprocessors (Stripe, Resend, Twilio, Vercel, Cloudflare) is in the Privacy Policy.
If a customer of yours asks what data we hold about them, email me and I'll handle the request within 30 days per PIPEDA.
