What happens in the first week after I sign up?

Day-by-day breakdown from payment to go-live.

Day 0 — Payment confirms. You get a welcome email + receipt within minutes.

Day 1 — A 5-question setup email arrives. You can answer by reply or fill out the form at /onboarding.

Day 2 — I (Jared) read your answers and build Diane's first draft.

Day 3 — You get a demo number to call. Try her on three scenarios: a routine tune-up booking, an 11pm no-heat call, and a quote shopper. Reply with what felt right and what felt off.

Day 5-7 — 30-minute kickoff call on Google Meet. We tweak her tone, escalation, and any edges you flagged. Then we point your phone forwarding rule at her and she starts answering.

Week 1 live — Daily 7am summary email. If she fumbles a call, forward me the recording or describe it — patched within hours.

Day 30 — 15-minute review call. Stats + tuning + the referral ask if she's earned her keep.
