What's in the daily 7am call summary?
One paragraph per call, plus a one-line total at the top.
Every morning at 7am you get one email. Top line: total calls Diane answered, total booked, total escalated, total miscellaneous.
Then one paragraph per call:
- Time + caller phone
- One-sentence summary of what they needed
- What Diane did (booked, escalated, took a message, declined)
- Any flags that need your attention (tone shift, ambiguous request, repeat caller)
If something looks off, reply with the call ID and I'll pull the full recording within the day. Nothing in the summary is a substitute for your judgment — it's a heads-up, not a final word.
