Refund policy — what's refundable and when
There is no setup fee. The subscription is month-to-month with no partial refunds.
Setup: there is no setup fee on any plan. The setup work — service-area mapping, pricing and escalation rules, voice tuning, the Twilio number — is included free. You start with a 7-day free trial on your real number, no credit card, so there's nothing to refund before you've decided.
Monthly subscription ($199): month-to-month, and not refundable for a partial month. If you cancel mid-month you keep service through the end of the billing period.
There is no money-back or performance guarantee. The reassurance is that there is no contract and you can cancel any time in one click, and you keep every call recording either way.
For edge cases (Diane was unusable due to my infrastructure error, your business closed mid-month, and so on), email me directly and I will handle it case-by-case.
