Refund policy — what's refundable and when
80% of setup if you cancel within 14 days of kickoff. Subscription is month-to-month.
Setup fee ($1,500): 80% refundable if you cancel within 14 days of your kickoff call. We retain 20% to cover configuration work, voice tuning, and the Twilio number acquisition. After 14 days the setup fee is non-refundable.
Monthly subscription ($497): not refundable for partial months. If you cancel mid-month you continue to receive service through the end of the billing period.
Refunds process to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when the refund is issued and another when it lands.
For edge cases (Diane was unusable due to our infrastructure error, your business closed mid-month, etc.), email me directly. I handle exceptions case-by-case.
