Refund policy — what’s refundable and when
There’s no setup fee on any plan. The monthly subscription is month-to-month, cancel any time, with no partial-month refunds.

Setup: there is no setup fee on any plan. The setup work — your service area, pricing and escalation rules, and the phone number Diane answers on — is included free. You start with a 14-day free trial on your real number, no credit card, so there’s nothing to refund before you’ve decided.
Monthly subscription ($199): month-to-month, and not refundable for a partial month. If you cancel mid-month you keep service through the end of the billing period.
There is no money-back or performance guarantee. The reassurance is that there is no contract and you can cancel any time online. Call recordings are kept under our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us for access, an export or deletion either way.
For edge cases (Diane was unusable due to my infrastructure error, your business closed mid-month, and so on), email me directly and I will handle it case-by-case.
