Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes — for up to 60 days. Email me. Subscription holds, Diane comes off your line, no charges.

Yes. Common reasons: slow shoulder season, you're hiring an in-house receptionist trial, you're going on extended leave.

Email me with the pause start date and expected return date (up to 60 days out). On the pause start:

  • Diane comes off your line
  • Your Twilio number is held (not released) so you keep it
  • Billing pauses — no charges during the pause period
  • Your config is preserved exactly

On the return date Diane reactivates and billing resumes. If you want to extend past 60 days, just email me — usually fine, but I want to confirm rather than auto-extend.
