How is Diane different from a generic answering service?

She quotes your real after-hours fee, knows your service area, books to your calendar.

Generic services charge per minute, read from a script, and don't know your business. They take messages and forward them to you — you still have to call back the next morning, by which time the homeowner has already booked someone else.

Diane is different because:

  • She knows your pricing. She quotes the right after-hours fee before committing to dispatch. No customer gets surprised on the invoice.
