How do I update the prices Diane quotes?
Update your after-hours, weekend and holiday pricing in the setup page of your dashboard, and email me for anything it doesn’t cover.

Open the setup page in your dashboard and update your pricing notes. Include:
- After-hours callout charge + the time window it applies to
- Per-hour rates after the first hour
- Weekend differential
- Holiday differential
- Any specific equipment install ranges Diane is allowed to mention as ballpark only (not commitments)
Saving records the change and notifies our team, who apply it to your phone line. It isn’t instant, so place a test call to check the new numbers. Calls in progress finish on the old pricing; the next call after the change is applied uses the new.
If you want price changes to take effect at a specific future date (start of the month, season change), email me and say so. I’ll queue it.
